Aurora inverters were manufactured in Italy and imported to Australia by ABB. They came with a 5-year warranty and have been installed from 2010 to present.
If your faulty Aurora inverter is still under warranty, Solargain can help you file an insurance claim. You will need to provide a photo of the screen displaying the fault as well as a photo of the sticker located on the side of the unit, which displays the serial, WK and part numbers. Please note the claim can take up to 3 weeks to process. If your inverter is out of warranty, we can contact the manufacturer to see if they will still honour it.
Some faults require a site attendance, which will be covered if you are a Solargain customer. If not, you will need to pay for a health check so we can properly assess the safety of the installation.
