Enphase Solar Batteries
An American company founded in 2006 and entering the Australian market in 2013, Enphase very quickly established themselves as our sunny nation's dominant micro-inverter manufacturer. They reached an 8% market share back in 2015, and have been undergoing a steady growth in size and market share since then.
They’re able to not only maintain but continue to grow their presence here thanks to their excellent local support network, with a dedicated 1800 number and offices in both Sydney and Melbourne.
Not that their systems regularly require repairs. Enphase Micro-Inverters and batteries are put through extremely rigorous testing to ensure that they will be able to withstand the harsh Australian climate and have been proven many times over to be highly durable and effective over their lifetime.

Enphase Batteries
The perfect pairing for a solar power system equipped with micro inverters. The Enphase AC batteries offer the lowest entry cost and best lifetime value out of all solar energy storage systems currently available in the market today.
These batteries have a clean and unobtrusive design that easily fits into your garage layout. With low up-front costs and a design fit perfect to be added in multiples, the Enphase AC battery scales perfectly to your home needs.
What that means is that the Enphase AC battery is a small, 1.2 kWh unit, each equipped with a built-in inverter. This makes it very easy for you to start with one, and incorporate more down the line to suit your home’s growing energy needs.
These batteries are very easy to retrofit into an existing solar power system, and are extremely safe, living up to Enphase’s reputation for high-quality, durable systems. They utilise Lithium Iron Phosphate cells, the safest form of Lithium battery for home use, which are manufactured in Japan.

Enphase Micro Inverters
Enphase solar energy systems are not like any other PV system. In an Enphase system, every solar panel is paired with its own micro inverter, which works in pairing with that solar panel, making the most of all power that the panel produces. Installations that utilise micro inverters enjoy greater levels of design flexibility, and greater levels of energy yield.
This heightened yield is due to the fact that in a normal inverter system, solar panels operate in a string, and power production is limited to the lowest producing panel in the string. Microinverters and their attached panels are able to operate independently of each other, meaning that their production is never reduced by the production of other panels.
This is especially advantageous in situations where your home may experience shading, such as from a chimney or tree, even if a few of the panels experience this, the rest will still be operating at their full capability.
Solar reduces air pollution. As more people adopt solar into their home the need for gas, coal and oil power plants falls, reducing the harmful emissions they release into the air.
